i Want to add 2side bars on video page please if u can help me ( something like :
http://www.interval.in/videos.php?id=105973) and at the botom of video they have the mod to play next and PREVIOUS VIDEO button how can i do this ?

well open up your viewvid.tpl and paste this code where ever you want it
